Random Junk Gamble

Per suggestion Buy Random Junk now acts like a tiny slot machine. Happily, I was able to snap this together with existing parts. The gods of RNG may bless you excessively. This I'm still tuning. 

Popup Notifications have become slightly fancy. These are Queue'd and animated one at a time, in sequence. This Queue solution seems solid with multiple objects messing with it, so I made it much more responsive.
